Tiny Riders LLC provides educational child passenger safety guidance to adult caregivers in the Austin area. The service, price and appointment details shown before checkout or reservation apply to your booking. Home visits cover one car seat in one vehicle unless a separate quote is agreed. Additional setups require a custom quote before extra work is performed.
For home visits, provide an accurate address and arrange a suitable place for Sarah to work with you and your vehicle. An adult caregiver must be present and participate. Please have the car seat, vehicle and available manufacturer instructions ready. Email Sarah about accessibility needs or any circumstances that may affect the appointment.
Online advice supports planning and car-seat selection. It cannot replace a hands-on installation or child-fit check. Tiny Riders does not provide transportation, childcare, car-seat sales, rentals, repairs or cleaning.
Pay-in-person home visits are confirmed only after Sarah contacts you and confirms the appointment. A submission receipt is not a confirmed visit. Online payments use Stripe’s checkout. Tiny Riders does not receive or store full card numbers.
The cancellation and refund policy applies to appointment changes. Contact sarah@tinyridersatx.com with booking, payment or service questions. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
