I am an adult caregiver authorized to request this service. I understand that Tiny Riders provides education and practical guidance and does not guarantee protection from injury. I will participate in the appointment, ask questions and practice the steps discussed. I am responsible for the correct use of the car seat and vehicle after the appointment, following the current car-seat and vehicle manufacturer instructions. I will provide accurate information about the seat, vehicle and relevant child measurements. I understand that changes to the seat, vehicle or child’s needs can require a new check. I understand that online advice does not include a physical installation or child-fit check. Any required official car-seat check form, consent, or acknowledgment will be explained before technical work begins and completed at the appropriate point in the visit.
