Visits are arranged directly with Sarah. Online booking and payments are not available. The appointment policies below apply to arranged visits.
Tiny Riders LLC uses information you provide to respond to inquiries, assess service availability, arrange appointments, deliver services, handle payments and maintain business records. Contact sarah@tinyridersatx.com with privacy questions or requests.
Depending on your service, we collect an adult caregiver’s name, email and phone number; the home-visit address; appointment preferences; car-seat and vehicle details; and relevant age, height or weight information used to prepare for the visit. Do not enter a child’s name, date of birth, medical records, Social Security number or payment-card details in the booking notes. This site is intended for adult caregivers.
Our service providers support hosting and database storage (Render and Neon), email delivery (Resend), address lookup and travel estimates (Geoapify), appointment calendars and video calls (Google), and online payments (Stripe). They receive information needed for those functions. Public pages do not display your booking details. Calendar entries use limited appointment information rather than the household intake details. Stripe processes card information directly.
We use essential cookies for booking sessions and technician sign-in. Optional analytics and email open/click tracking are off at launch. We do not sell customer information or use booking details for targeted advertising.
We limit access to customer records and use security measures appropriate to the service, including encrypted connections and protected intake records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep private appointment-management links and sign-in codes confidential.
We retain information as needed to deliver services, maintain financial and service records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by email. We may verify your identity and retain information we need for legitimate business or legal obligations. Booking-link expiration does not mean the underlying record is deleted.
If an official National Digital Car Seat Check Form is used, it is a separate external system with its own notices and requirements. Sarah will explain the form and any required consent before completing it. Opening a link to that system does not by itself complete or submit a check.
We may update this notice when our practices change. The version published when you book is recorded with your appointment.
